In
Dentistry it always having a change of cross contamination of
infectious microorganisms between patients and staff. There are two
main modes of transmission i.e. direct and indirect. In direct mode
it include aerosol transmission i.e. transfusion is happens by
contacting with oral fluids and blood and in indirect mode
transfusion is occurred through contaminated equipment and surface
and inhalation of airborne pathogens. For this reason cross
contamination is an serious issues disused in dental field. In fact
such aerosol may caused several disease like tuberculosis, common
cold, influenza, herpetic viruses’ infection, hepatitis B and C,
and HIV.4 etc. Scrubs and lab coats are known as an dental attire
which is compulsory worn by healthcare professionals. In fact it is
described as the “uniforms”
for healthcare department. Most of the people think that healthcare
uniforms can spread the disease from person to person however there
is no records found that uniform can spread diseases. It is very
