If

globally due to mining. There is no denying the fact that mining as a
profession produces a fair share of deaths. When an employee work in

activities. They are commonly made from leather, kevlar, cordura or
some other combination like carbon fiber or other types of rigid
padding. Some of these mining gloves also provide wrist protection.

Jackets are generally made from
leather, kevlar, ballistic nylon, or other synthetics materials. They
are especially designed to protect elbows, shoulders and spine.

Vest:- Vest are produced using
luminous and retro-reflecting materials, a vest can be worn over
jackets to increase visibility and it becomes more important
especially in adverse dark and wet condition.
6)Earplugs:-
Earplugs are used to protect from hearing damage.
7)Pants:-
Pants are mostly made from the same material as that of jackets but
some prefer denim jeans with kevlar reinforcement. These pants are
specially designed for protecting knees and hips.
8)Boots:-
For mining activities, boots are primarily designed with plastic caps
on the ankles and toe area.

According to the norms set by the government, these items should be
included in all mining uniforms issued by the
companies. Apart from the aforementioned protective gear, it is
