Cardigans
are women’s garments that keep them warm in spring season with
changing weather. They come in all shapes and sizes, colours and
prints. Cardigans go comfortably with each style. You can wear it
with any uniform may it be
healthcare uniforms
or hospitality uniforms.
Here are some different types of cardigans you can choose to wear
with your uniforms.
A
shrug cardigan covers a small portion of your upper body, mainly your
arms and shoulders. Typically they do not have a button or closure;
instead they have long sleeves or 3/4 length sleeves.
How
to wear: It goes comfortably
with your casual wear and can be paired with jeans, shorts, dresses
and shirt outfit. You can also wear it with your tank tops and
sleeveless tops to prevent your arms from feeling cold. If it is hot
outside, you can tuck it out and keep it in your bag.
Tailored
Cardigans
They
have buttons on the hem and can fall at high or mid-hip. You can wear
them open or buttoned up a little.
How to wear: As
they end before the hip and have banding in the area, buttoning these
up can show the waistline and prevent the hips from looking wider.
You can wear these with pants, slacks or full-skirt dress.
Long
Cardigans
Long,
straight cardigans, hit below the hip and have a straight or fitted
shape. They are also called as “boyfriend cardigans”.
How
to wear: They look better on
taller women. You can wear them with slim-fitting pants, skirts and
dresses.
Draped
Cardigans
Draped
cardigans are open of which the neckline or hem line drapes. It adds
volume so be aware!!
How
to wear: Wear this style
belted over slim fitted pants, simple and minimal inners.
Shawl
Cardigans
Shawl
cardigans are somewhat like draped cardigans except that their drapes
are much longer and wider.
How
to wear: You can wrap this
cardigan like a shawl. This cardigan looks stylish when worn with
slim-fitted pants or dresses.
